Emeline, daughter of George Moyer, was born Sept 23, 1854. On Jan. 8, 1878 she married William H. Mertz. They had nine children: Adelia A., Mabel I., Mary E., George P ., Ruth E., Blanch E., William H., Jr., Boyd F. and Harold R.
