The east face of her marker reads:

DIED APRIL 11, 1893
IN HER 80th YEAR
This grave is in the west cemetery section, the first grave in the second row counting from the west wall of the Salem Lutheran Church and Miller Road. It is in a family plot, located next to the marker for Emma Rebecca Greenawalt.
