Wm. Howard & Edith Peck were married in Coalport and lived in Blain City in 1907. They moved to South Fork and Howard was employed as a Conductor on the PRR. Howards's father and grandfather both fought in the Civil War in the 202nd Regiment and the 171st Regiment. At that time they lived in Blain, PA on Tuscarora Mountain near Lewistown.
