ANNA MAY PHILLIPS BARTHOLOMEW, daughter of Julius Augustus PHILLIPS (1893-1957) & Ada Mabel HORNBERGER (1895-1984), was born in Sunbury, Northumberland County, PA, on 16 Feb 1913. At the age of 89, she died in Penn Lutheran Village, Selinsgrove, Union County, Pa, on 21 Jan 2003. Anna May was Christened in Sunbury, Northumberland County, PA, on 12 Jun 1913.
On 22 Feb 1940 when Anna was 26, she married Thomas K Bartholomew, son of Peter & Emma (Bressler) Bartholomew. The ceremony was performed in the parsonage of the Lewisburg Reformed Church by the pastor, Rev. Perry L. Smith.
They had the following children:

Upon her passing: surviving are one son, Kury Allen Bartholomew of Selinsgrove; four grandchildren, Jason, Betty, Thomas and Mchael; three great-grandchildren; one sister, Dorothy Brosious of Sunbury; and her sister-in-law, Mildred Phllips of Sunbury.
