The gravestone for Annie Myrtle Leap is eroding but readible. There are no other 'LEAP' family gravestones nearby.
The east face of her marble marker reads:

LEAP
DIED APRIL 7, 1903
AGED 28 YRS 9 MS 6 DS
This grave is in the west cemetery section, in the first row, counting from the west wall of the Salem Lutheran Church.
