When Clarence Eugene Phillips, M.D. was born on June 10, 1900, in Pennsylvania. His father, Jacob, was 38 and his mother, Magdeline, was 35. He had four brothers and six sisters. He died in January 1973 in Sunbury, Pennsylvania, at the age of 72. Dr Phillips was a respected physician and well known in the City.
